I was browsing the news on yahoo, there was a article about a sink hole in Guatemala City. I stumbled upon an interesting photo! I think Carl is not in New Zealand, but runs his secret base out of Guatemala City. Proof is in the photo! Im betting the BATRAM might be behind these doors!
