cat less mids in California

Hey guys, I picked up 05 QC about a month ago and have been searching for info on this subject for the last two weeks. I have seen the cat less mid pipes on the JMB web site, but what happens when it comes time for smog?? are there any ways around this? Any info would be helpful.

i think that cali is about the strictest when it comes to smog, ie visual /sniff test...... you'll likely need to swap in your catted mids for inspection.

for me, swapping the mids is a pain, so i flanged both my mids (catted & catless) for easy swappin' :

i live in orange county and it is illegal to take your cats out. My quad cab has no cats but when it comes time to smog you need to put them back in so i would cut the cats out add a flange to them and have two "test" pipes made so that you can put them back in easier. Also do you have a programmer to tune off your rear o2 sensors? PM ME for more info
