X pipe wont pass some emission tests....and is not as fun....:dontknow:

....the X-pipe will cause any gases from each bank exhaust pipe to cancel out each other resulting in zero emissions...the govt has been hiding this info to keep emission fines in place........in other words we were just jesting...

This is how I'm doing mine as well. Gonna use a 3 bolt header flange between the mids and the mufflers....should allow for easy change, from stock mids to catless mids, to pass inspection. :rock: :rock:

with LT headers, the mids are even shorter & easier to swap out........

Ok I went to my local oil change place that does my work truck maintenance and they read emissions through the pcm!!!!! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I'm going to hollow out the fronts and remove the rears!

Is this something I can do without a welder?

I've got a sawzall and a portaband to remove the cats................
