Is there a diffrence.:dontknow:

Yes Earl. If blow by is becoming a problem there is generally a reason. If the catch can is for bling...that is one thing...if it is needed because of excessive blow by there are things that need to be examined.

Sorry Roy I didnt stop to think about that.......................But it still looks good either way.:D :p ;)

Oh, hell yes! We should all have one or two just for the eye candy:rock:

But if we are putting it on to control the misting in the engine compartment or the soaking of some part of the engine compartment...there is trouble ahead.

i guess the anwser is want and need, i have done alot of reading on our venders websites, to see what was best for the truck, i have even bugged the shit out of 1 vender " you know who you are "

yes, i want it... needed it no, but i dont want to have to examine my engine later down the road, till i can afford to have it rebuilt, i am hopin by earily next yr to start.... i wanted to start sooner

in my current position i am unable too till i can find work, till then i can get all the little things that i need... " want " .....

By using this catch can, you will eliminate potential

detonation due to blow-by or from oil getting passed

the valve cover baffles. This is a very common problem

with the SRT-10 engines (take your TB off and you'll

see oil puddled inside the intake manifold) and this will

eliminate the factory crankcase evaporation system.

Glad to see you got one in the end. I was feeling bad for a bit when it looked like you didn't get one.
