catless mid pipes install

I am having mid pipes built from my local muffler shop with flanges, so I can install the cats when it is time for inspection.
My question is: There won't be any bungs to install the sensors in. I planned on disconnecting them from the plug on the harness. I have Torries catless program on my SCT will this be ok?

you have to have the two upstream sensors ,,the rear ones can be deleted if you had that done to your tune ,,it is not automatic that the rear sensors are deleted ,,you have to specifiy you want them deleted
