Ive put it off long enough... I want to get my catless mids before the Southeast gtg. Cant drop 350 bucks for them plus the $140 sims right now. I have a muffler shop that done all my other work and they will build me some for 170. Ive searched the forum and theres a wealth of info on this but i need something definitive.

With catless mids can i tie my rear O2's up to the frame? People say "it worked for me for a year!" Does that mean it doesnt work anymore? If you have done this is it still working? Do i have to ground it?

The antifoulers did not work with my hemi. If you have done this is it still working?

I have a stock PCM if it makes a difference.

If you have catless mids for sell, tell me ill buy them tonight! I need these on by Friday for test and tune.

"A person" can buy (2) packs of Spark Plug Non-Foulers PN: 42002 (under 5 bucks a pack at the local parts store).

You stack the non-foulers, screw them into each other. Drill out the upper most one. It's the one that the o2 sensor will actually screw in to. Drill the upper one out w/ a 1/2" drill bit, via a press or a hand-held drill. Then install the 02 sensor into the drilled out non-fouler.

This pulls the sensor out of the direct exhaust stream and keeps the ecm happy.

This person has been doing for over a week with no problems (on stock PCM), and others have had great luck for the span of several years (on stock PCM) . . .

you only do this to the back two sensors (cat effeciency), the front two are left alone (a/f).....

i've been doing this for well over a year without issues.......

there are other, more expensive options:
do the roe electrical sims for ~ $125.00........
get an sct programmer from marty for ~ $500.00, he can program out to ignore the back two o2 sensors.......

Ah yes. Thanks!! I left that part out! :D :D

I know a guy that may consider doing it, but you'd have to drive to Chattanooga, TN. . . :dontknow:

Great idea Eddie!!!

I had the foulers in my truck with the stock pcm with no lights. They do work. I say "had" because I am on the stage two computor now.
