Mine were missing when I got my truck. Just took some black indoor/outdoor carpeting and cut some out in the shape of the cup holder. Works like a charm. But if you need it factory stock look. Talk to Dragon.

Cup holder inserts

I had one sucked up by a car wash about a year and a half ago, and got new ones from the dealer. Give it a try, if you haven't already.
