Change in title: Please help the Sickness!!!!!

Just got back from visiting Mikey...it's true, theve been probing him rectally in search of a brain...so far nothing but poop!:D:D:D:D:D

He looks good guyz but he's worried about his family...He and Marne are too proud to ask, so I'm gonna do it for him! If you can give Mikey an early X-Mas gift, I'm sure it would help him out greatly! Contact Scott(Flyinglow) or myself and we'll direct you to a way to help Mike out! He says he dont need it...I beg to differ!! HELP THE BIG GUY OUT!!! PLEASE!!!!:D:D:D:D Much love to Mikey and his family!!!!!!!!!
 
Just got off the phone with Mikey, he is really hoping to go home tomorrow. They just need to get the x-rays back by 7 tonight and he should be good to go.

Ive already posted on another thread but I wanted to make sure this got some high visibility! The Sickness needs our help...he's too proud to ask but I'm not! We help each other all the time and this another one of those!As my wife and I like to call it..."Paying it forward"! He's been out of work for a little bit and the bills are gonna start piling up on him...we've all been following his family's move, well, it might not have a happy turnout if we dont give him a hand! If you can help the guy out, let me or Flyinglow know and we'll direct you in the right direction!!!!

Guyz, I'm not a really good fund raiser, but I met his family and I've met Mikey....Good people all around!!!! And I believe strongly in this!!! Please help!!!!

Common guys.... If you know Mikey, he has gone through some ROUGH SHIT in the last 2 years. Any less of a man would have broke by now.... Please, show some holiday spirit and give a contribution. I couldn't think of a better family to give. :eek: :) ....... If you don't do it for Mike, do it for "my nephew" Jalen. He has been through more than any kid should. I know "TAX TIME" is coming up... But any amout of money you can spare would be a great help!

I would like to give an update on Mike:

It looks as though our Turkey day WILL be spent at the hospital. :confused: He will be there for at least 2 more days, maybe longer. The Doc is wanting an MRI to check his foot to see if he has an infection in his bone. If so, then he will be on Home IV Therapy for approx 6 weeks. We are not sure at this time....but his employer may or may not let him work while receiving this therapy, if not then he will most likely lose his job.

If anybody could or would....PLEASE say a prayer at some point today for Mike. We really need him well and at home with his family.

Also, maybe he can get some calls at the hospital to cheer him up.

Tell Mikey that me and my family hope he gets well and tell him I'll call his Sick-ly azz later!!!! I hope you guyz can have as good a Turkey day as possible!!! Keep the faith and everything will be better!! You guys deserve it! I've always found that when I have a run of bad luck, the good luck isnt far behind!!!!!!! Called Mikey a little bit ago. Told him he needs to stop taking this "Sickness" shit so serious. It's a name, not a Fu*king way of life.

Yeah, he sounded down, but Marne and Jalen had just arrived so that probably helped some.

So if possible take a few minutes today and try to cheer him up. He could use it.

As most of you know, he would be on the phone doing the same for anyone here.

His foot had a scratch that got infected and caused him to get a blood infection...thats the short story. Give him a call and he'll tell you the whole story!! :rock: :rock:

Just got off the phone with Mikey.....He actually sounded good.... upbeat and optimistic...... Everyone who cares.......Especially if you've never even spoken to Mike before, call him just to wish him well.....he would be so happy to hear from you.... Even if you have nothing to say except, "Get well soon, Mike"..... He'll take up the conversation and run with it....

Don't be a puss..... Just call him up and say, "Django threatened to beat us all with a filthy old pair of Depends if we didn't call you"..... He'll love it.....

C'mon now...... What if you were in the hospital....? It's really great to have someone call and support you.... Visitors :)dontknow:) They see you in bed and shit.... But phone calls rule.....

Call Mikey OK..................? You don't me to wake you up with a "surprise" do ya.....? lol...;)
