You need to consult with us prior to doing mods friend...the loss of hp is well know here when CAI are used. We can save you lots of heartache, money and time. Feel free to ask...or better yet use the search function...if you do it on cold air induction, you will find at least 50 references mentioning that CAI are great for sound and bling but in most cases will cost you hp.

Read and ask questions...we will help.

And by the way, welcome to the red button club!

P.S. Plan your work...work your plan...I noticed that you are interested in a Paxton or Roe...why pray tell then did you put on a CAI which will have to go away with forced induction???? Think and ask before you buy...

I am looking at much the same work as you have. What was the RWHP when you where done? Do you think now that you have it, it was better than Paxton?

There is an abundance of threads here about the Roe & Paxton...just use the search button and plan on reading for hours. This is the best way to learn and make an informed decision.....dont go by what one individual says...weigh out all the facts and make a decision based on what you want.

It is generally agreed that the Roe with it's flat TQ curve is better on the street while the Paxton with it's higher power in the upper RPMs does well at the track....doesnt mean the Roe is not a track mod.....you just need to read....and plan as the Prof said..planning is very important or you will throw away a lot of money..:) ..............BTW... welcome to the club..
