Chevy Silverado 427 Concept

I thought you guys would like this. Chevy will be possibly making a run at the world fastest production truck title with this bad boy. This truck was revealed a 2006 SEMA.

The truck looks great! Chevy did a good job with this one.

I doubt the teasing phuggers would ever put it into production. Every truck they have put in production with back bone doesn't seem to last long. I sure wish they would this time. The truck has a beautiful look to it.

Its a start for sure. I have never liked the chevy grill though. I still think ours looks tougher, faster.

Well, looks like my job here is done.. Oh and if they do decide to put that thing into production it's going to be time to throw the warranty out the window and go with a ROE SC.

If chevy puts the new z06 motor in it like dodge put the new viper motor in our trucks, then its going to be a hell of a truck!

With the financial state that that chevy/GMC is in, I doubt they will be financing any concept vehicles!! But If they do. It will only mean more nice trucks to be produced!!

The truck world needs this!!

GM is just to conservative with their new products. The SSR, HHR, GTO and Solstice were all first brought out with unimpressive power and looks that ruined the first impression. They won't produce it until they get someone in charge with some balls and build a few icons. Not many bought an SRT-10 Ram, but a lot of trucks were sold while drooling over it.

I think that truck is extremely ugly. It would definitely rock the house with the Z06 engine, but I still wouldn't buy it.

I don't like the wheels and the front bumper vents need scaled down a lil bit... other then that it looks sweet... good color too!

lots of good comments....it sure took them a while to respond to to the SRT10!!! I've always liked GM....but some of that styling i don't like so well....plus I doubt they'll nail it on the power train....maybe the same block but not the same HP as the ZO6 and they'll probably put in an auto IF it happens to make it to production
