Just a neat story. And unlike alot of the one's I tell....True.

The guy that did my scat graphics on the truck as well as shaving the gate handle and debadging has a nine year old son with MS. Yesterday while at the Goodies Hot Rod Nationals in Columbus Ohio, through a friend, Chip found out he was Bob's son's hero. The kid has been around Street Machines, Hot Rods and Bikes all his life....it's what makes him tick. Anyway....he has a pretty cool ride of his own, his dad has custom painted his motorized chair for just such events. When Kameron and Chip meet it was like they had know each other all thier lives. Foose took the time to talk car's and out of the conversation came the fact that most of the time Kameron is riding around in a buss or truck/van that will acomadate him and the chair, not very ProStreet like........so Foose snags a poster board and proceeds to draw a ProStreet Buss....upside down so the little guy could watch it develope before his very own eyes. Way cool don't you think. It puts it all into perspective. I need a set of wheels for the car that this guy is building....guess where they are coming from.

We should have alot more guys like this in this world. Chip is a class act, and what he does with cars is unbelieveable. I've been thinking of e-mailing him to commission him to render a drawing of what he thinks a Ram SRT-10 should look like, to hang up in my office.

You can tell he's a genuine guy because of the way his employees feel about him. Very classy!

Foose definitely has talent. Seems as if he's a decent individual as well! :top:

That is an awesome story. Thanks for sharing it with us. He seems like a pretty cool guy.

Sidenote

I forwarded this thread to Kameron, so he could remember his day with Chip. I call him my shop foreman on the build of my Old's .....his job is to report back to me on the progress of the project......Kameron also has had a hand in the disassembly as well. Here is a couple more at his job :)

That's a good looking helper. You'll both remember those times your whole life. My son and I restored a '70 Chevelle SS454 (his first car) those were some of the best times we ever spent together...

Better not forget my own

My oldest son helped in the stuff we preped for Kameron and his dad....Best few weekends I've ever had !

Great story, does a heart good to know there are good people in the world still !!!!
