Chrome 22's

Anyone have any experience with the chrome 22" repops that are always advertised on e-bay? Is the inner rim chromed? What's the quality?

Like anything, if you take good care of them and clean them properly you should be ok for the money. Besides don't they have like a 2-3 yr warranty???
