Chrome grill for honeycomb trade???

Hey guys, this is a great idea for anyone wanting rid of that godawfull chrome grille on our 10s. I already got lucky and performed this swap myself for free. I found a guy in a regular chrome grille shell Ram and offered my billet look alike for his honeycomb and with no questions he agreed. I did the work ( about 20 min) and we both ended up with better looking rigs.

Now I have a buddy wanting a chrome grille for his truck and willing to trade the honeycomb to a SRT10 guy with only shippng expenses of a few bucks costing either anything. If you are someone attending the Centex GTG we could swap them out then. Shoulda been done on ours from the get go IMO. Having black diamond on the hood scoop, chrome on the grille and back to black on the bumper grilles looks tacky to me.

But you had to spend more than that for your honeycomb replacement correct? This is just an even exchange other that a few bucks UPS fees? What are you getting at?

A guy in houston sold me his and I paid $20 for the honey combs, so I made $30.00 off selling mine.

This is what I'm doing now. I bought my set for $40 shipped as I wanted to keep the original parts. If I ever sell it I don't expect the next guy to have the same taste and I plan to return it to stock.
Thanks for looking out for stuff. I think that makes this site an awesome resource.
