Its a few months out but the Chrysler Nationals are from JULY 6-8th. Its in Carlisle PA. And the reservations fill up fast. I can get a friends and family rate possibly at the Hilton or Hampton inn in the area, plus reservations at a resteraunt that my Grandfatherowns (Three Pines Grill and Tavern). Anyone interested? Id like to make the reservations early to gaurantee our spot. and those planning to display their vehicles should do so now

MERRRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE

TONY

Now lets get this straight...March at Boomers, June the Power Tour, July Chrysler Nationals, August Mopar Nationals, October the annual Roe Racing trek, when did people gather in S. Calif... I think we are going to have to start assigning trips to members so we can cover all of these events.

Tony- Compare/contrast the Chrysler Nationals to the Mopar Nationals.

I'm close enough that I might head over to Carlisle, but....need to hear/see about it first. Fill us all in!

ive been to for the last five years, if u like swap meets and really nice show cars carisle is the best, the only problem is the drag races are off site

Sep. is the West Coast GTG Prof, although it may change depending on location. We need more trucks :D

Gotcha, thanks.

Carlisle is legendary out here on the east coast. The swap meet is awesome if you are looking for anything for your Mopar. They have shows every year dedicated to the different makes...There are a ton of cars, people, and fun..I havent been there in a few years. IMO the Nats are a better deal, because of the track being right there for all you guys who like to melt tires, and blow stuff up... I honestly dont think there is much of a difference between the 2 events, but I havent been there in about 6 years so it may have changed considerably..

i think everything has been covered so far. I havent been in about 2 years due to being deployed but I am looking forward to it. I know a lot from DTW are going as well as the Rumblebee and Daytona guys. The MD chapter Prez of DTW is finding out if there will be any seperate sections like he PT cruisers. IE Ram SRT's Rumblebees/Daytonas and others. You can visit the site

and register. its still a few months out but it fills up fast as well as hotels. My Grandfather also owns a bar/resteraunt in MT holly Springs PA(about 10 minutes from the show) called the 3 Pines for those who knw the area. He said he would be happy to serve us.
