Civic hatchback vs. SRT-10...

No, it's not a joke...

I was sitting at a stoplight minding my own business when a late 80's model civic hatchback pulled up beside me. It was half brown/half primer with the stock 13" wheels painted black :stupid: . Sounded like a straight pipe on it when he reved at me at the light. At this point, I just about busted out laughing. I should have just ignored him, but I couldn't resist the temptation to mess with him a little bit :idea: . When the light turned we took off and I pulled a half a car length on him and held it there. It sounded like his motor was trying to eat itself . I finally just took off so I could get over and get on the highway. He followed me onto the highway and gave me the classic ricer flyby.

I don't usually bother with anyone that can't give me a good run, but I couldn't resist this one for some reason.

Somtimes you just have to do it. NICE kill. I hate rice burners. I embaressed a guy in an Eagle Talon a couple months ago. He had a tail pipe the size of a coffee can, and it sounded like a souped up sewing machine. Beat him by 8-10 car lengths. Have a great weekend.

Nice kill! The civic are serious slow. One of my buddy own a civic si hatchback. Only his mods is midpipes and catback, he ran 16 sec in 1/4.

not all civic's are slow, in Fontana there are street civic's that run low 10's and even 9's?????

True, you got a point. It was just that when I first time saw my buddy's civic and I thought it would run low 11 sec. I was wrong. My point is that stock civic are serious slow. Is that better?
