Clean/Polish rims

what are you guys using that works best to clean a get the rim highly polished? I usually use mothers compund but I treid a spot and it didnt work well?? the rims are in great shape they just need a good polsih to get the spots/tarnish off the.

They are clear coated, I also tried Mother's and no go.

Nothing, just keep them clean with straight Simple Green.

Just treat it like any other painted surface man

Compound/polish and then seal with something like rejex.
Something you can pick up local that works we'll and easy to use is Meguiars Ultimate Compound or Ultimate Polish.
