Clear bra?

Does anyone have a clear bra on the front of their truck? Rock chips are a PITA. Looking for a solution.

I had one installed on my wifes 2015 Durango R/T. I'm not sold on the whole paint protection thing. Yea the paint would have been damaged, but we have already had it redone because of a rock. The guy covered it under warranty since it was done a week earlier, but if it keeps getting damaged, I might have it removed.
We had the whole front, headlights, part of the fenders, mirrors and the whole hood done. It wasn't cheap.

I wonder how that would be taking it off. Is it a paint? I heard plasti dip has a clear coat now.

The plasti dip kinda has the grandmas couch look. I am not sure on the protection. Think I am just gonna deal with touch ups
