Cloyes timing chain set

Can anyone tell me what has to be modified on the Cloyes cam gear aside from the timing mark? I know the timing mark is way off but how about the reluctor wheel? Is it fine so long as the cam is degreed to the crank?:argh:

I think it needs to be drilled to accept our cam. VSP sells them.
