I've got a quad cab with a manual conversion and a Centreforce clutch.
The problem is the clutch isn't dos engaging enough. To get it in reverse you have to put a lot of weight on the stick and most the time it grinds.
If you try and do a fast shift the clutch isn't disengaging the box properly and nearly puts you through the wind screen.
Is this a problem anyone has had before?
I've blead the clutch to death and makes no difference.
ITs all brand new equipment.
I was thinking about pulling the space cylinder off and putting a spacer behind it as it seems as if there isn't enough throw on the std cylinder.
I've searched and can find some people with similar issues on the same clutch but no one seems to have a definitive cure as of yet so just putting this out there to see if anyone else has experienced the same and found a cure, without me spending a load more money.
Thanks
