Clutch/flywheel swap

I'm planning on swapping the motor from my old 10 to the new one I'm getting. The new truck still has the OEM clutch set-up. If I put my used centerforce on, can I still use the Fidanza flywheel that's it hooked up to or do I need to get a new one? Also, how many of you guys still have your factory clutch at 30k miles? Thanks.

you can bravo, but it may be better to invest in an oem flywheel, kinda a cheap investment while you are allready in there.

then contact your dealer, ask them the price.

then if nothing else fails, give me a shout

but that way you can compare, it may be less $$$ to get it at your local dealer so that you dont have to pay shippping but if they want ot charge you retaill which I think is over $200 then it may pay to have one shipped to ya

Hey Tony, what would you say the benefits are of having the oem flywheel
versus the fidanza? I heard the engine doesn't rev up/down as fast. :dontknow: But i heard that the fidanza isn't good for long life??

I think both work great, the oem would last longer due to being steel, the aluminum would def wear out quicker
