Does it come with everything lines and all. And heard they were no good
I don't have any experience with them, but also haven't heard any complaints.

My napa store had it in stock and had no lines with it just the rod. But installed it and fixed all my clutch problems i have been having for months now. And while installin i broke clutch sensor so i bypassed it and now starts without clutch so means i can put a remote start now.

I always have the habit of leaving it in neutral so i shldnt have a problem lol
Not sure, but I also found the company that manufactured the Chrysler ones and they still make them as well. That is where I purchased mine from. Needless to say I will have some JTSVP clutch hydraulics up for sale after I rebuild the master cylinder.

Nevermind i got mine at carquest not napa after all lol and it was only 60 bucks with 2 year warranty
