OK, I have the Dual force clutch and it worked slicker than shit for the first 5,000 miles. Then it started to get a little harder to hit the gears smoothly. 10,000 miles on it and the bastard hardly wants to go into reverse. I know for a fact that I have PLENTY of life left in it because I had this same problem before. I think some sort of shim is what I need. Where can I get a shim kit?

Are you sure it's not the synchro's in the mission? I went through a couple in a former car and what your describing sounds very similiar to that. Does it grind going into reverse?

On occasion I do get some grinding. It's like it wasn't fully in gear. So if it is the synchro's how extensive is the fix?

Sorry bro I'm not a mission guy but when I was having that problem I had a shop overhual the mission and they charged $800 and that was me taking the mission out myself.

Hey Jimmy, contact Stingray on here, he knows all about our transmissions. However, to me it sounds like your clutch is dragging.

Bill.

There are many having the 'disengagement' issue. R/R the master & slave and see if that takes care of you...it probably will :)
