I like it!!! My son was moving along real good until he decided to stop! - His name is Allan Marshall Payne - initials AMP!!! - I had alot of Marshalls and Fender strats when he was made in Hawaii.... He is on YJM website and some others.
 
That kid is real good. One of the guys here at work used to play in a band, and he just watched that with me, he said that kid is quite impressive.

Holy smokes D that kid has got the touch!!! I saw Jennifer Batten (Michael Jacksons band) play with that kind of style back in the early 90's. She could even use both hands and play it like a keyboard!!! That kid just gave a clinic in rock/metal guitar techniques!!! Even threw in the sweep picking at the end!! Do you know who's compostion that was? Sounded very Steve Morse to me but whadda I know!!

Well now that made me feel pretty incompetent. I ahve tried on numerous occaisions over the years to try to play and suck at it. He is really good. Thanks for sharing SD. :dancing:

Depending on what you want to learn to play....(I like old shit) I'm just down the road from you and have taught a number of people a short-cut method to better guitar playing....

If you are really committed to learning guitar, I can help. If you aren't committed you'll just get fed up and quit when your fingers begin to hurt. :(

Learning how to play music is generally a slow, methodical process...that is unless you are just wonderfully gifted. Then it just happens so easily that it makes everyone around you insanely jealous and they wanna kill you.... after all, they had to work hard and bleed and suffer for what they got and you got it free...... Ever see the movie "Amadeus"?...:2in1:

Anyway if I can't help you, I know several other teachers to which I can refer you....guys (friends) who teach guitar for a living.....

thats my oldest son he picked it up and in two months was picking out songs from my ac/dc cd had like 4 songs down in 2 hours so i tried it and gave up after about ten minutes
 
D....that was really something....I have never seen anything like that....WOW....I wish the vid was longer....:):)
