Any of you have this on your trucks? I've been doing some research on moving my policy over to Grundy. I plan on parking the truck for a bit over the next few years and drive my other car as a DD and am tossing this around as an option to save on insurance.

yeah my truck is insured for 60,000 i pay 800 for six months.

You can list it as "pleasure use" or "occasional use"; in addition state the number of miles you will drive on it to lower the cost. At least with some Insurance companies you can do so.

If your in CA, I can hook you up with my friend @ allstate, he can bump it up to any value you want to as long as you fill out a aftermarket parts list he has.

I use Hagerty for my Lil Red, but standard issue Erie Insurance with a gap policy for the SRT.

Hagerty will let you set the price you want to insure it for.

I have Geico and the truck is insured for the replacement cost (I purchased it for 28K and its still booking in the low 30's). I did bump up my property damage coverages up to 100K and my liability and medical up to 300K and 300K. I pay $1000 for six month with my 1990 Pontiac Bonneville SSE and the truck. Seems pretty fare considering I'm in New England.

Grundy

I have insurance with Grundy :dancing: Great coverage, but, you do have to have a daily driver.

The good parts are, no mileage restriction, you can go on your own pleasure drive not to be restricted to 2500 miles a year of parades,car shows, ect. that the other companys offer.*

I have $55,000 agreed value and I pay $650.00 a year.:rock: I like Grundy:star:
