Comet 17P/Holmes

It's been raining here in DC for the last couple of days so I have missed seeing it, and tonight the light pollution is stopping me from finding it.

Has anyone else that might be an amateur astronomer been able to this this? It seems to have broken up around the 25th. Is it still a good sight or is it fading fast

Just thought I would ask. Going out again soon to take another look but not sure if I will find it or not.

If things clear up here in DC I will get all my scopes out again and see what I can see. I just did a binocular search tonight and missed it.
