I cant stand hearing this either but it does seem a little harder to accomplish than just sending them on there way. I think in the long run it would work out but in the short term things would become chaotic. The farming industry would probably take the biggest hit and seeing as "Food" is our nations biggest commodity I dont see an aggressive stance being taken on the subject
