Well, well, well Greg. Making friends are we.

Just so everyone knows, Eric (Ram From Hell), Pete (Dallas), Mikey (hell, you all know who Mikey is) and myself met Greg and his son Drew (that kid was sure transfixed on the Hooters by the way) last Sunday at Hooters. Greg is a real neat guy. He is intense, but that's his style. I kind of liked how he was flipping Mikey crap on some thread before he even met Mikey. Greg probably should have held on for a little longer before flipping some of the crap that he has, but he has tried to fit in as he is.

Jack. I hope you can find it within that heart of yours (you do have one don't you ) to forgive the kid. I personally think he's a fine addition to the family.

Well, at least now I know what Django's other thread was about.

Damn, just noticed that the Smilies did not come over from the other thread. Oh well, insert as feel apropriate.:D :p

I didn't write any of this shit in refusal of V10togo's apology. I think it was right on and I accepted the great spirit in which he delivered it.... everything's cool.

I simply wanted clarify my opinion of why it happened in the hope that it might not be repeated.... There is no unaccepted apology whatsoever.

I have no continued beef whatsoever with V10togo.......God bless ya bro.

In fact I don't even remember exactly wtf said it...so there...

Can't believe I just read this.....

SD has a point and I for one might understand.

My little mishap could have been much worse. I found out a few days after the accident that some protesters had set up a table the same day I crashed, 10 feet from where I hit. Where I slid through the grass is where they were sitting. So in a plit second, 3 maybe 4 people could have been on the way to the hospital or in the morge. I didn't leave my house that day just to crash. If I would have known in advance, I would have just stayed home.

Was I goofing around, no, well maybe.....

I wasn't street racing, but the simple act of pumping up an act that was foolish and got away with it, still doesn't make it safe or smart. I've had my truck up to 135, and in hindsight, if just one of the cars I passed pulled out, there is no way in hell I could have stopped.

I considered myself a fairly safe driver. The accident has made me reconsider some of the things I was doing and will be doing in the future. Not exactly old, born in 59, you figure out the age....

SD is right.

So when someone offers some friendly advice, take it, toss it or just plain ignor it, but always remember, its friendly advice and one should not be attacked for giving it.

May have missed the subject by a mile, but I do know what I got out of it...

You are the master wordsmith of this arena. The eloquence that you offer up is something I respect. But I respect the man behind the words much more.

Thank you all for supporting me and giving us all the dignity to be who we are. I will not mention names beacuse the list would go on for pages.
This is truly the most remarkable group of people that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
I originally came to a SRT forum to find information about a truck and what I got was cherished friendships.
I have come to care deeply for many many people here.
God bless you all for the wisdome and love you have freely given.
