Connecting my phone to In dash??

Does sanyone know how to connect a phone to the phone feature on my 06 QC? Dont have the maual and cant find anything on google? I have an Iphone so hopefully it is compatable?

I have an 05 and my iPhone works great with it. I googled uconnect and got the instructions.

It's not to difficult, press Uconnect, say "Pair phone" or something like that and boom....
