connector question

Ok I have had several issues with my belt on my truck. I seem to have it fixed. When I took a closer look today I notice a connector that looks like it plugs into the pwer steering pump has a notch in it and is almost touching the belt. Is this normal?

Ok the belt is making noise again any ideas? I've had it replaced with 2 new belts and a power steering pump any ideas. :argh:

tensioner pulley and check your crank pulley bolt make sure it's not comming out.
