Market even with the pounding days ,, which are buy ops ... Still im all time high on portfolios .. today was a unexpected day since yesterday markets popped back after Friday smash .. thur and fri pounded me over 8k .... Now that was a BS piss off .. added a few small high yield etfs and reits for more div pay raise ... Sold some looser crap to clean up the portfolios in prep to eliminate all my debt. 35k to be debt free and home fully owned ... doing this without affecting my div income hopefully ..

I did start 2 new tester position ,, BTCI ETF and DX a reit ..
BTCI pays out around 1.34 per share and monthly ...
DX pays a yield over 15% ,,, cheap to buy , pays divs monthly

Im about or looking at dumping CMG crap , F , ROKU ,SOLV and JBLU ... F is the only div payer of those and its worthless..
All are in the red ... already have my EOY tax loss write off and will have more carry over going forward ...

Nah its lagit ,, did it for a short time and my son also .. we both got paid .... Its just not woth the hassle and they changed rules to much ..I dont recommend it now !

If you want a simple app to get gift cards use Fetch you only have to take a quick pick of any reciepts to get the points ..you can even snap shot of reciepts you find anywhere .. only takes a few seconds .. ...heres my referral code which gives both of use 2000 points ..
My last GF does it and make at least 150$ a year so she can get Home Depot cards hahaha ..
