  • David Ellison-run Paramount Skydance is launching a hostile bid to buy Warner Bros. Discovery.
  • Paramount will go straight to WBD shareholders with an all-cash, $30-per-share offer.
  • Netflix won a bidding war for the Warner Bros. film studio and HBO Max streaming service, but it doesn’t plan to buy WBD’s TV networks.
  • Paramount has repeatedly argued keeping Warner Bros. Discovery whole was in the best interest of its shareholders.

Its going to be a long time for it to happen as the Gov. is sticking its nose into it , including Trump ... Seems regulations and stuff against nflx more and Ellison owning Paramont is a Trump buddy and wont own as much market share as nflx would ..

What sucks is ashat bigs are hitting nflx stock when the bid is lessor than Paramonts .. complete crap
 
Im now bagging nflx because of the bigs BS games .. or should i avg. chase it down ... similsar but different reasons CMG BLEW OUT A MONAZUMAS BEAN POISON TACO REVENGE on the retail investors !

WHERES THE CHARMIN ?
 
$30 per share on buy out and $27 price now ...sounds like a few dollars on approval at least

Maybe hold and watch for a bit then decide could be the news and end of year is coming

I'm sure all this is known well before these splits even take place but only amongst the bigs that are running the "show"

In fact I never did care much for Netflix I think they are overpriced for their subscription and they rarely if ever offer any free trials so - up theirs
 
There are lots of platforms that offer free movies even Amazon does that and with Roku and Plex you don't even need an account or their app just watch on the website. Seems much less controlling to me

Doubtful nflx pops as its the buying possibilty that causes companys stocks to drop .. less cash in the till .. can take a long time to move back up ...... then the GOV. BS will be having hearings blah blah and wont allow the buy to go thru if they vote against it .. Paramont may be a different story due to it being a smaller company and wont own the largest market share ..
