Continued from 2007 ... GO DOW GO!!

My youngest brother runs 3 accounts ( his , wifes and sons accounts ) and is doing very well .. hes changed his strategy some in the last year or so trying to be the next Bond king hahaha ! He does have a large portfolio well all 3 accounts are large .. he is well divesified otherwise on all .. on a bad Bond day which is very regular now , he can bemgreen and the bonds and mutual funds will knock him red for the day after the close ,,,,, Mutuals dont update till after the market close each day ..

Remember when I told you about the AXOS account I opened and got a bonus of 250$ ? To get that I had to fund the account with 2k for 90 days and make 2 trades ( buys ) . I bought know and already ETF's and then a few other ETF's that paid a High div and yeilds % in case I wanted to drip . I decided not to drip and take the cash . Moved the cash to high % money market account and then transfer to a brokerage account to add and or start new positions when they looked like a buy around or lower than my already cost avg. that account has done well to say the least for as small as it is and cost . You can do the samemon any brokerage platform ! They 250$ sign in bonus was why I opened the account . Monthly payouts was my strategy !

Buying the trillion dollar companies is good on the low but starting out wont allow 1k to got very far as a investor , you would have to be a trader to make the cash or sit in them with hopes of things like good splits..

Using a trader strategy you will be buying and selling for unknown amounts of profits , watching them all the time as not to miss the sell . Say you buy 3 shares of AMZN moves up 5$ per share do you sell or continue to hold out for 10$ or 20$ .. Can take some time to happen especially with the volitillity in todays market . In the mean time waiting it could drop temporarily or just stay flat for a while not making you anything at all ! Building cash is the key, CASH IS KING !

So I'm sure you've pointed them all out before and i can search but what are a few etfs you like? I watch RYLD and i see the div went up to .17 from .16 yay

RYLD , QYLD , QQQI, QQQH ( was NUSI till last week )
, JEPI , JEPQ, IWMI, BTCI , TLTW, LQDW, SOVL ...

My largest holdings are RYLD , QYLD and QQQH/ NUSI . the others are much smaller ... all pay a monthly dividend and High yeild % if in the drip, and usually have a premium dicount , Some paid cap gains at the EOY also which is a decent bonus .

Mostly I add to RYLD due to the price withing my cost avg. they have different purposes and diversification Mostly ..
IMWI, QQQI, BTCI are all new recent postions I added .
The income added adds up as a payraise thruought the year. All are long positions , but with any position I do watch them.. Buy low sell high but do some DD yourself and see what you think .. it will depend on you . They are cheap enough . Imalways do a test buy on anything to see what happens now .. then if it looks good , ill add to the position .. Im always looking for more ETF's or leeds to check them out .

Something to be aware of ,, sometimes div. stocks and etf's react hard at times at ex date to payout and drop in price based on what they payout , ( adjusted for payout ) but tend to recover shortly after ward but not always shortly lol... it makes it a pain to decide to buy going into ER or post ER div time once they declare the div. hahaha !

Personally Im cocerned with Nusi changing from another company to Neos and changed from NUSI to QQQH and they did a reverse split , with out notification to me and other shareholder I read on boards..
its close to exdate and im wondering to hold till then or dump before giving up the div. ... Reverse splits bugs me bad .. No reason I can find for them to have done that . From what Ive seen 99% of reverse splits are real bad .. only one time before imhad a reverse split that didnt pound the stock ..

If you sell now you can buy in again if they do will post reverse split but i can't tell if you're up or down at this point in time

Im up pretty good .. just wonder if the post split and the divs will make it drop significantly .. ill end up putting the cash into something else .. that paysout better... ex date is the 26th
 
When looking for ETFs checkmthe holding in the ticker to diversify into different sectors ..

What makes me laugh is they have no idea what the proxy vote is and that the BOD of companies recommend for or against to shareholders voting .. Every company proxy I vote my shares on states Against DEI .. way before Trump hahaha ,, yet the left blames Trump ..

Today Appears tohave recovered big right after the Zylinsyy Trump meetng .. Then it appears Mexico has been doing the deal made to avoid tariffs ..
 
Market took another pounding today .. Tariffs games on BS articles and Trump speeking ... UGH ! Trump needs to just do the things he intends andmstop giving the bigs something to manipulate every other day .. damn ! Hahaha
 
Buy ops are massive .. thinking tomorrow the maket gets another hit since thats when the tariffs will begin ... retribution from Mexico, Canada , China and the EU .. to much to fast IMO

Either way I've heard that 10% of the wealthy own 90% of the stock so they definitely make the moves happen the way they like em
