You can't possibly account for mental retardation as a factor in losing any race when you drive the fastest most bad ass truck on the planet....:D Some of these guys hide the Tardness pretty well until you meet them ;) :D

i have no problem killing a lightning cause i can shift the right way but how ever you look at it you have a better chance at the launch with a lightning and thats where most of us f it up at a street race. most drivers i seen dump the clutch and spin tires thats how you guys get smoked time after time. from a dead punch the lightning will not spin tires well at lease mine wouldnt

I thought you meant the Lightning was faster with everything being equal....yes, SRT driver bad at driving stick = Lightning smokin said SRT...:)
 
Good kill! And I agree that a stock lightning is not hard to beat,I gave one a good spanking with my Dak R/T!(young kids driving the crap out of it)
 
03 and 04 cobra are fast, i am in the market for one just to play around with. You can change out a few pulleys, and do some tuneing and you have a fun car to drive. My buddy was running 11 all night with just a few bolt on mods. But i am in the market for a Twin turbo one.

I wanted to get an 03 Cobra as well! They are great cars, low maintenance, cheap mods and eaasy to drive. My brother in law has one and I just drove it last week. I would take a RC over the cobra, but I would rather drive the cobra than my QC.

Yeah, i'm lucky that way. My tuner has a Viper, and a GT. I have friends with SRT10's and Cobras, Saleens and even a few Vettes and Birds. I'm just an old guy that loves to go fast.
