So, heard back. Looking at American Racing Headers with high flow cats, Magnaflow cat back, and install for about $4500.

Looking online I found headers for $2300, Magnaflow for about $750, so about $3100 for parts rest for install and misc stuff. Seeing how they are making some on the parts, I think the install is about $800. But I get the confidence that they will stand behind their work.

I am trying to get closer to 4 grand, thoughts on the deal?

Shop around for the Magnaflow on Ebay for dealers showing "make offer" and you may be surprised at what they accept, they all HAVE to advertise it for that $700 range. Also check with our vendors on headers $4,000 should be doable. Good luck. That's a lot of $$$$$$$ for what you gain.
