Hell, I had nothing but over-400hp vehicles for 7 years or so (PSD F250, Lightning, SRT10, M5, etc)... Now I have a 1998 Jeep Cherokee. :dontknow: But, at least it's a 4.0 I-6.

1995 F-150 5.8 Supercab, 8' bed 196,000 miles on the clock
0-60, using an egg timer I only need to turn it over twice
1/4 mile, will make the last run of the day, if you come back in the morning, you will see me screamming through the traps.
I think my top speed has been 88 mph, just can't get to that 90 mph mark on the speedo
However,
In the mountains, it just goes and goes, so I'm not complaining
It's no SRT, but it gets me from A-B
The new Ride and it's paid in full

She's a beaut Jeff! It shows you know more about Viper Trucks though as I thought there were only 5.8 gas motors =351ci or the 5.0, or 4.6? Hell the dizzle was a 7.3 right? Maybe I is wrong, but beautiful truck for sure. I remember the 7.3 Power Strokes of that era running like scalded apes!
Yea, it's a 5.8, still have that MOPAR blood running through my veins, so the 5.8 hasn't sunk in yet
Sure...am looking at GMC's currently...but to your point...if GM offered a truck with the LS9, I would buy one the first day they were available.

i bought a 03 5.7 hemi ram had it 4 yrs, clocked 80k on it. a wrench was never put on it besides to loosen oil plug. was very pleased with it, but one day when i was gassing up at a station a 10 pulled around and lit it up !!!!! then next step was to trade it in on the beautiful black 10 i own now since late 07 and never looked back !!!! i think i could possibly go back with maybe a power wagon :marchmellow::marchmellow:
Yep... Before the srt10 I had a supercharged Dakota r/t that was super fun to dive... Now the srt10 is fun because stick... Also just got a beater 97 Dakota 318 5 speed and that is as fast if not faster than the Dakota rt was stock... Fun little toy

I have had a 4x4 truck since I was 18,so I am happy to still be in one.I do miss my Lightnings and the 10 a LOT,but it doesn't bother me driving a 245 HP 4x4 either.At least I can drive in snow,mud,and off road,plus haul wood on it.
One day I WILL be back in a 10,just not sure when.
