CR injectors

i know we have some diesel guys in here....i got 90HP sticks, put um in and truck runs very rough, almost like a dead cylinder....is there a way to test the injectors to rule the, out? ive basically redone the whole install to double check everything

With chryslers scan tool we can do a injector kill test, thats the only way that I know of.
 
if its not a common rail system, just kill each cyl. by crackin a fuel line.

check the cyl. with a heat gun.

got a fuel inj. repair shop by ya. they should be able to pop test them
 
it is a CR, so cracking a line could be VERY bad.... i was thinking the same but by gdis connecting the wires on top of the injector

yep. not a fan of the CR system.

if they all show good temp. might be a flow prob ?????
 
i dont have a laser thermometer yet, i'll go pick one up later to try it out
 
ok...thanks guys for the input, got a thermometer, #4 is alot colder then the rest, will replace the injector tommorow and post how it goes....

ok, truck is back and running, exhast valve on cylinder #1 was off enough to not allow compression, adjusted the valves and runs smooth as silk...not to mention 100hp better ^_~
