wow, a little bait and switch going on here. told me $40 per hour, they had in 10 hours, the bill? $840
they had 3-4 hours on day two, 2 on the day i was towed in, and 3 today.
all they kept telling me at dodge it would have cost more.
i told them if i flew from Cape Canaveral to Huston by space shuttle it would cost more too. i told them dodge has 1 million in tools and building, they didnt see why i was upset.
what did they do? drop the oil pan and replace, and R&R an injector.
i bet in Michell's that only pays 8 hours..... my guy in texas quoted me 20 hours to pull and replace the engine with a piston swap. these guys are a joke, and if they dont adjust their bill, well, they better.
what made them raise the bill? the insurance adjuster told them they would pay $10,000 for a new engine, installed, and i told them i would not be having them put the engine in.
