crank pully bolt

So just checked mine today, she was tight but was wondering if the threads are suppose to be flush with the bolt, or in a bit, or sticking out?

My threads are not quite flush, the bolt is just barely sticking out a bit. Good to go?

What are you seeing? I havn't seen the crank bolt yet but it should be a bolt not a stud and nut.
