Well the crankshaft balance issue i had earlier in the year has come back. The issue was the balancer bolt had come loose, creating the pulley/balancer combo to spin off the crank. i cleaned up the nose of the crank and put a new balancer on with no issues over the next 7000 miles. On Sunday, i heard that eerily familiar sound from under the hood. I check and the wobble is back
. I check the crankbolt torque and its tight. So, my question is can the crank be salvaged(cleaning up the nose) and fit with a different size balancer or does it need to be replaced? Thanks in advance for your answers guys.
