Crash at my local track last weekend with in car cam...

Dude that was intense. Cam 2 where you see him trying to get out and the flames are curling around in front of him.

Notice how fast the response team arrived? I cant say enough good about the team there...first class all the way...

Poor set up, not torque.

I should add that it may have been caused by something breaking also.

This guy runs in high 5's and is not an amerture. What would break and cause that?

The truck should not settle that hard on the right rear.

Take a look at Pro-Stock or Pro-Mod cars. They do not twist like that, and I'm betting they have more power.

So many people look at that and are impressed. Thing is generally a nice straight run without any out of shape moves is the quickest and fastest.

Not so much torque, but lack of torque management, possible broken rear shock or spring.Looks like he made out ok though:rock:

Agreed.

Yeah, right rear upperlink (if he is running a 4 link with coils) could have snapped or pulled away from its mount on the frame. Or, maybe he is running a supplemental right rear airbag in the coil and it failed or was not inflated. If he is running an aftermarket single rear reactionary leaf on each side, the leaf could have buckled (s-shape) and allowed the extreme right-rear compression. Or, maybe he has merely added to his stock-style suspension setup, and it simply couldn't take it. Who knows...
