Already after a couple of drill bit sizes and some files. Took maybe about 4-5hrs, between checking it would work and removing my stock shifter handle. Best part is my tow and haul button still works. Here are some pictures. Check it out and let me know what you guys think?

It gives you the old pistol grip shifter look ..
