Sorry bout that I should have explained better as I guess paint is something average Joe is not into but anyone who drives should learn some . If for nothing else to not get screwwed by a Body Shop .
Orange peel : Orange peel is a suface imperfection that some what resembles the texture of an orange's skin . In the pictures if you look at the black , now look at the reflection . Notice the edges of all relections are kind of jagged. Well that is the relection being distorted by the orange peel . If it's the factory peel I can see that ,but any tiime we do grafix or stripes we always reclear ,cut and buff the whole vehical
As for cut and buff thats just blocking down the clear perfectly flat working up to 2000 grit paper then buffing it with compond then polish to make it look like colored glass .Check this pic as it's completely buffed out as you can see by the reflections
