Custom Tonneu and Tailgate

I was just recently contacted by a guy who is enterested in doing work on the Ram SRT-10. He is currently waiting to open a shop but his idea is that he creates a customomled bed cover and tail gate into one unit. He wanted me to post on here to ask for some feedback on what you guys think about his idea and if it would be a good idea for him to market it/

I'm currently quite happy with my Bedlocker etc...

As far as a tailgate integrated with a cover... One, it would be heavy (the cover already takes two people to remove). Two, what would be used to stop materials from rolling out of the bed when the cover is off?

It would be a trick idea for a show truck tho. :dontknow:

Esp. if the tailgate folded 'underneath' the bed cover.
