i'd say cut him a break... especially if you know what he's got on his plate...

my guess is it's easier to "not respond" to everyone who told him hey or good to see you or sent him a pm, text, or email, myself included...

surely he's seen it so who gives a shit if he doesn't thank you personally for your thoughts...
