I know Patrick doesn’t need it but I am in sales and I care about service. I got a price on two viper emblems in February and at the time I had just purchased the truck. The wife wasn’t letting me even consider adding two $80 badges to the bill. I was just now able to get the badges ordered and although the price had gone up Patrick still offered me the same pricing from the previous date. I ordered them this morning and he has already shipped them out. People tend to only complain when service is bad and I am guilty of this. We tend to forget the flip side and don’t talk about good service enough. Although my purchase was small it was handled as any other. Now I have to get the wife to pry her hands away from the checkbook long enough to get some headers.
