cut out retunes?

I'm about to buy the dmh cutouts in the next month but before i do i wanted to know i currently stock running the roe's 91 tune would i have to do a retune after installing these and where is the best place for them with least amount of modification?

No sir you'll be ok. I'd put them between cats or after cats. It'll be noticeably louder
