Cutouts and cat deletes

Im trying to get a lil info before i dive in i thinking about either going with cutouts or just deleting the rear cats i stock except i'm running roe's 91 stock program which i'm guessing i would have get retuned after one or the other but which one would be easier to install?

I deleted my rear cats and I love it but I do have magnafolws on my truck also

Just get rid of all cats and a tune. I have full b&b and it sounds great. I'm sure a magNaflow sounds good too. Cheaper and basically the same design. Two glass packs connecting in one can.

So either way i would have to retune?
