cutting out my cats

so my bday is coming up and i plan to put the money i get into the truck...i plan to cut out the cats and get a jmb cai powdercoated red...my question is are these good first choice mods to my stock 05 qc? and if i cut out ll the cats how do get it to pass inspection?

You will need to have ur truck tuned - or anti foulers in to the o2

I'm not sure on the inspection tho

as far as deq, depends on your inspection..... in wa state, there's no visual or sniff test so the above works great.
