Daily driver?

turbo supercharged would be awesome. works well on the detroit diesels & pratt & whitney engines.

I have a BMW X5 as my daily driver. Comes in handy when it snows:D

It goes beyond whether it's a daily driver or not.

What else do you want out of your truck?

Well, I'm in the military so I need to be able to travel a bit in it. But I also want to be able to hold my own on the track.

no need to be a smartass to a fellow iraq vet

Don't take this personal, alot of digs like this happen all the time here, if you let it bother you , you won't like it here!!;)

I am sure he was just joking!!:D

Mine is a daily driver too.I have thought about the same thing.Alot of turbocharger problems with these motors, atleast from what I have read on this site.Supercharger would be sweet. It just nice to know you got some serious ponies under the hood when you need it!! And the bling factor can not be beat. The paxton looks better in my opinion, but the roe is bad ass as well.If you got the $$$$ go for it brother.

i'm in the army... it's gonna take more than that to bother me. guess i should have added a ;)

Daily driver, military, a few track visits...leave it close to stock.

If an RC: Caltracs, Gen X shifter, Raptor shift light, IAT 5.7 resistor mod and for kicks a 125 shot of NOS.

If a QC: PCM flash will do wonders.

Don't take it personal please. Just doing some small poking. :D :D

Turbocharger gets my vote . . .

Turn the boost down on "slow" days - Up the boost on "fast" days. ;)

Oh, and you gotta pay to play, what is your budget? You will seriously be better off to spend a grand or three on a daily beater and save the wear/tear on the truck. If you've got the funds to do a turbo/supercharger project, I'd definately consider a daily beater. I can't even afford a power adder of any sort and I have another vehicle I drive daily. I wouldn't have it any other way. :)

Good luck!

That where the Honda Civic comes into play...:D

I heard nothing but good things about the ROE Super Charger. Looks awsome when you pop the hood, make good HP, and are Pretty affordable and they stand behind their product (great tech support.)
($6.500+)

My daily driver is a Nissan Altima. Get twice the gas mileage, and it keeps the bunches and bunches of miles off the SRT.
