daytona in july

sunday was my birthday (50) and my kids got me tickets to the nascar races at daytona 7/04 & 7/05. got to get hotel rooms now. have been to florida before but never daytona.

Think about staying in orlando.About 60 miles from the track.Alot of rooms in orlando area.International drive.Check out Maitland.It's on the east side of orlando and there are a couple nice hotels that are not too exp.!!

thats why i said have fun in orlando...i have done the july race a couple times..got lucky the first time and stayed on A1A, the second time..ended up in orlando..it was cool too.....spent most of the days at the track...either way, you will have loads of fun...
